MY BOOKING.

Please find extensive information on our process for consultation and booking appointments on the navigation tab, we encourage you to take time to read through this page prior to contacting for booking.

LATE TO APPOINTMENT.

Your booked consultations and tattooing sessions are carefully and deliberately allocated set times, we ask that you respect our artists in ensuring you arrive at your appointments on time. If you are late to a consultation without prior notice, please be prepared to have your consult rescheduled or cancelled. Being late to a tattoo session by more than 20 minutes without prior notice forfeits your deposit and you will need to visit in store to arrange another booking.

WALK-INS.

We do welcome walk-ins for small flash designs upon an artist having some spare time between appointments however this is inconsistent and you may need to book an appointment in or try again at a later date. Subscribing to our site will enable us to notify you of flash days, events and competitions. Checking out our artists socials you may be lucky enough to find small session times listed.

QUOTES AND PRICING

Individual artists have preferred methods of pricing and quoting. You may find your artist works at a set hourly rate with a minimum time allocation for all tattoos. Other artists may take detail, colour, shading and size into account when quoting a piece. Whichever quoting strategy may be used, be assured that our artists pricing is never going to be absurd for their attentions to detail, integrity to the artwork you will be going home with and their experiences and strongpoints in tattooing.

PAYMENTS.

At Little Red Ink we accept eftpos payments as well as cash. Aside from your booking deposit, your tattoo will be paid for after the session. You should have been given a rough quote at your face-to-face consultation and again upon email consultation as your booking got closer. Please be prepared to pay the remainder of your tattoo, minus the deposit, on the day. Payments are processed at our reception desk.

SCARS AND COVERUPS.

If you would like to consult about a scar or a cover-up piece please write details about the space you want tattooed over in your contacting email. Please note that the skin needs to be completely healed prior to consultation to accurately assess the necessary requirements in fulfilling your tattoo request.

UNDER 18.

If you are 16 or 17 and have discussed with your legal guardians about getting a tattoo you are welcome. You will need to come into store to book your consultation, with your authoring guardian. Please bring legal forms of photo identification for both you and your guardian. These documents will be digitally copied and printed to keep with a guardian consent form

BRINGING A FRIEND.

If you would like to bring a friend, partner or family member to your tattoo session you are more than welcome to, please note however that unless they are also being tattooed they will need to remain outside of our sterile treatment space, they will be required to sit in our shop-front consultation studio.

SKIN PREPARATION.

You will find beneficial tips on our bookings page of what will assist in your skin being ready to tattoo. Please be cautious not to exfoliate or lotion the area being tattooed on the day of your session.

AFTERCARE.

Aftercare information will be provided to you after your session. It is important that you follow these instructions, for the best healing outcome.

TOUCHUPS.

We offer a free touch-up for all tattoos if booked within 3 months of your prior session. Your tattoo will need to be completely healed before commencing touch-ups.

REFUND POLICY.

We do not offer refunds on any tattoos, forfeited deposits or a change of mind in purchase of retail stock. If you find your retail product is defect we will provide you with a gift card up to the value of the product. This may be used to make a deposit on a tattoo, or to purchase from our store but cannot be sold or gifted.
